For Catholics who are divorced and need to seek a Declaration of Nullity; this is required for remarriage in the Sacrament of Matrimony.
The Tribunal of the Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston trains and certifies Nullity Case Sponsors in Canon Law and the Nullity Case Process for this Archdiocese. Nullity Case Sponsors are authorized to work in a parish by the Pastor. They work with petitioners to determine the appropriate type of Nullity Case and help the petitioner through the process.
